As our answer to your inquiries and expectations, we expand our offer by two new types of pasta.

The first category is Bartolini Durum Pasta 500g.

These products are made with 100% semolina (durum wheat flour) without eggs. Thanks to this the pasta is firm, slightly hardish after it’s cooked and it’s ideal for different kinds of soups and salads.

This product is available in three shapes:

- Fusilli No. 3

- Elbow -shaped

- Braid

These products are for those of you who like their pasta al dente. 

The second category includes Bartolini Wheat Wholemeal Eco Pasta 400g.

These products are made with wheat wholemeal flour type 2000 only. The flour is a green product, and comes from milling the entire wheat kernel on stone grinders.

These pastas contain a lot of nutrients and they are ideal for people who value healthy lifestyle.
